Created an online performance support center for a Finance organization including a categorized policy library, an FAQ, and links to e-Learning courses in the Sum Total LMS.
Led instructional design projects to design, develop and globally deploy e-Learning courses across the company’s Finance organization to remediate policy & compliance gaps.

Developed/maintained project plans and provided updates to sponsors and stakeholders.

Led two direct reports and peers in a global matrix environment to develop instruction and rollout the curriculum including e-Learning, classroom, and virtual dial-in courses.
Provided design advice, content evaluation, and usability testing for e-Learning courses before they were launched in the Saba LMS.
Implemented a training tracking and reporting process based on Saba LMS reports. Developed a web-based digital dashboard to share training results with leadership.

Implemented an innovative networking event based on the speed dating concept. Developed facilitation guides, so the event could be re-implemented globally by others.

Developed job aids and delivered classroom training on Navy Supply regulations.
Received two Navy Achievement Medals for modernizing an entire naval facility in one year through effective management of a multi-million dollar budget.
